Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may return your shoes within 14 days of purchase, even if they have been worn.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Shoes must be returned in acceptable condition

  • They must not be damaged beyond normal trying/walking use

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Different size

  • Different model

  • Store credit

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure shoes

  • Shoes altered or modified at the customer’s request

  • Repair services once completed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
